We excel at both single and two storey construction, and designs can be upgraded or simplified to suit you. Pottier Homes will also build “off the plan” with a unique range of homes but if you can’t find what you’re looking for then we are happy to offer you options for custom designs.

What do you need and want in your new home? What will you need in 5 or 10 years from now? All of these questions we can help you with the answers with our experience home consultants and designers.

MAKE YOUR DECISION

We guide you through the design and build process, helping you to make important decisions and when you are happy we will explain the full process from the paperwork to final completion. The next few months will be full of decisions! But don’t worry, we’re here to help.

INTERIOR DESIGN

How do you want your home to look and feel? What colours, appliances, fixtures and fittings appeal to you? With our Qualified Interior Design team, we can help you make those important decisions and add more value to your new home.

FINAL SELECTIONS

Once your final Contract has been signed, Pre-Start will be completed. This will include all variations and any necessary approvals, for the construction of your new home. This is the final step before your client liaison will put your new home for a start.

SITE START & BUILD

Now its time to build your home, this where you will meet your own Site Supervisor. You will have scheduled visits during the construction of your home to answer any of your questions.

FINAL INSPECTION

We are nearly finished but before we give you the keys to your new home the building supervisor will meet you on site to go through all your final details of your home.

KEY HAND OVER AND WARRANTIES

Welcome home

Its time to get your keys and your handover pack. This pack will include your warranties, maintenance form, your notice of completion form and all other documentation that you need to know about your home and your 6 month maintenance period.

At Pottier Homes we don’t just build in the suburbs, we build homes as far North as Two Rocks, and south, as far as Dawsville. If it’s a rural home that you want to build on a block in the hills, then we can cater for that too. We can also assist you in finding the right block in your desired location.
